Happiness is created by mind and soul being of one accord. It can not be found. The Bible states:
Proverbs 15: 13 – A happy heart makes a cheerful face, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is crushed.
Isaiah 12:3 – With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
Proverbs 17:22 – A joyful heart is good medicine but a crushed spirit dries up bones.
There is said to be 163 versus that refer to happines in the KJV Bible*
Your heart must be happy for your mind and soul to be filled with peace. It is clear the path you must take to get there is joy. Complete joy in all you see, say an do. Each day gives you a fresh opportunity to do just that.
Maybe you are working extra and personal time is low. You have job security.
The house is a mess, dinners not started and the kids have drove you mad. You have a home, food and healthy vibrant children.
Your car has broke down. You have a car to have worries over.
There is always a positive for every negative. Once you flip your mindset things will not only look but feel different. This is the day that the Lord hath made. Let us thank him by being glad in it.
