Stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself I am strong, I am worthy, i am valuable, i am important. i like to do mine before meditation, but this can be done anytime. As long as it gets done. Retraining your brain consists of being ready for a lifestyle makeover. To recieve happiness you must accept accountability.
